Dual Submission
The workshop accepts both archival and non-archival papers. Specifically, for non-archival papers, we would encourage papers accepted to ICLR 2025 to be presented at our workshop.
Authon Guidelines
All submissions should be anonymized and follow the official ICLR 2025 template. The page limit is 5 pages for short papers and 10 pages for long papers excluding references. Papers with more than 5 pages (excluding references) will be reviewed as long papers, and papers with more than 10 pages (excluding references) will be rejected without review. All papers submitted to the archival track will be treated as a long paper. Supplementary material is optional with supported formats: pdf, mp4 and zip.
Paper Review
All papers that were not previously presented in a major conference, will be peer-reviewed by three experts in the field in a double-blind manner. In case you are submitting a previously accepted conference paper, please also attach a copy of the acceptance notification email in the supplementary material documents.
Presentation
All accepted papers will be able to give poster presentations at the workshop; selected papers will be invited to give a spotlight presentations.
